1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1. By creating an account on the 54bmw Platform, you represent and warrant that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

1.2. You acknowledge that 54bmw reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Platform. Accounts found to belong to underage users will be immediately closed, and any deposits will be forfeited.

2.2. Jurisdiction: The 54bmw Platform is intended solely for users located in the Philippines. You represent and warrant that you are physically located in the Philippines when accessing the Platform and placing bets. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, provincial, and national laws in your jurisdiction.

2.3. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Platform, including placing real-money bets, you must register an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete information may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

2.4. Single Account: Each User is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) account with 54bmw. Creating or operating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all accounts and forfeiture of any balances, winnings, and bonuses. If 54bmw suspects that multiple accounts are being operated by the same individual or household, we reserve the right to suspend or close all such accounts pending investigation.

2.5. Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify 54bmw of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 54bmw will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Funds

3.1. Accepted Payment Methods: 54bmw accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, and major Philippine banks including but not limited to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section of the Platform and may vary by payment method. All deposits are subject to verification and anti-money laundering checks.

3.2. Deposit Processing: Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your account immediately. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business hours during banking hours. 54bmw is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

3.3. Withdrawals: You may withdraw funds from your account balance at any time, subject to verification of your identity and compliance with anti-money laundering regulations. 3.4. Withdrawal Processing Times: GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one (1) business day. You must fulfill all wagering requirements before bonus funds can be withdrawn. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it.

3.6. Currency: All transactions on the 54bmw Platform are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). If you deposit using a payment method denominated in a different currency, the amount will be converted to PHP using the prevailing exchange rate at the time of transaction, and currency conversion fees may apply.

4. Betting Rules and Game Play

4.1. Bet Acceptance: All bets placed on the 54bmw Platform are subject to acceptance by 54bmw. 54bmw reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be canceled or modified by the User.

4.5. Disconnections: If your connection to the Platform is interrupted during game play, any pending game rounds will continue to completion and results will be recorded in your account history. You can review game outcomes by checking your transaction history once your connection is restored. In the event of a server malfunction or software error, 54bmw reserves the right to void affected games and refund bets.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1. Promotional Offers: 54bmw may offer bonuses, promotions, free spins, cashback, and other incentives to Users from time to time. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before opting into any promotion.

5.2. Bonus Abuse: Bonuses are intended for recreational players and may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address, or device unless explicitly stated otherwise. Any attempt to abuse or exploit bonuses through creating multiple accounts, coordinated betting, or other fraudulent means will result in forfeiture of the bonus, cancellation of any associated winnings, and closure of all associated accounts.

6.3. Self-Exclusion: If you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic, you may voluntarily self-exclude your account for a period of 7 days, 30 days, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. 7. Prohibited Activities

• Colluding with other Users or engaging in syndicate play
• Using bots, automated software, or other tools to place bets or play games
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or reverse-engineer any aspect of the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or malfunctions for personal gain
• Engaging in money laundering or other financial crimes
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 54bmw staff or other Users
• Using the Platform for any illegal purpose

7.2. Any User found engaging in prohibited activities will have their account immediately suspended or terminated, all funds and bonuses forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities. 54bmw reserves the right to pursue legal action against Users who engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

8. Account Closure and Termination

8.1. Voluntary Closure: You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you via your preferred withdrawal method after verification, minus any applicable fees or pending bonus wagering requirements.

8.2. Termination by 54bmw: 54bmw reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts, underage gambling, or any behavior that 54bmw deems harmful to the Platform or other Users.

8.3. Effect of Termination: Upon account termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer be able to access the Platform or any content, features, or services. Any remaining balance in a terminated account may be forfeited if the termination was due to violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1. All content on the 54bmw Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, software, and game interfaces, is the property of 54bmw or its licensors and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

9.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without prior written permission from 54bmw.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 54bmw and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, even if 54bmw has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10.2. 54bmw's total liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of deposits you have made to 54bmw in the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.3. 54bmw is not responsible for any losses arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, payment processing delays, network interruptions, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

11.1. These Terms and any disputes arising out of or related to your use of the 54bmw Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations between you and 54bmw. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR for mediation.

11.3. If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines located in Metro Manila.

13. General Provisions

13.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and 54bmw regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

13.2. Waiver: No waiver by 54bmw of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and 54bmw's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

13.3. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that most closely achieves the original intent.

13.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of 54bmw. 54bmw may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without notice.

13.5. Language: These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and a translation, the English-language version shall prevail.

14. Acknowledgment

By registering an account and using the 54bmw Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. You further acknowledge that you are at least 21 years of age, physically located in the Philippines, and legally permitted to gamble under applicable laws.
